Forcing to keep son on babysitting and not paying child's expense

I and my husband we purchased a house near his parents house because during church couselling session in front of the priest he had assured me that his dad will take care of our son.Now after putting half money for the house and renovation , he is saying that because of my bad behaviour his parents will not take care of our son so keep him on babysitting. I have retaliated but never been cruel to his parents . All this he did not think before taking money from me. I even sold my gold and arranged money and now he is saying that keep the child on babysitting which he knows I hate the most. I can't speak to his dad directly Coz over there also he has spoilt my name and created lots of misunderstanding. My mom is ready to take care of my son but my husband refuses to pay child's expenses since I'm at my mother's place which means that I have to forcefully keep my son on babysitting. Seeing all the news I get scared of babysitting. Plz suggest what to do. my husband is enjoying in dat ho
