I filed RCR .. till now my wife didn't hired any advocate nor attended the court.. she attended on second hearing without advocate.., but no proper response from her.. next month is our 5th hearing.. please suggest me what to do. She is not coming at all.
In case she does not contest the matter you will be decreed exparte I.e., court will pass orders in your favour. Please ask your advocate to take necessary steps for the same.
