Family problem my father is torturing us a lot

I belong to Hindu religion I am getting harassed verbally by my father and he fights a lot with my mom my father will not allow my mother to sleep and facing many more problems by my father please say me what all rights I have to face my father
Hi...you can complaint the same to jurisdictional police and ask police to cal your father and give warning to him.And also your mother can file a case against your father for mental and physical torture.
