Family problem especially father

Hi. My father is a extremely selfcentered manipulative basterd. He just wants to control his entire family members by all means possible and has been successful since past 15-20 years. However, he is playing a very clean front. HE HAS PASSIVELY ABANDONED ME BUT using most of his energy in pretending that he loves/cares about me. Rest all family members and relatives are very much under his control and influence either economically or socially. Police say that this is family issue and you resolve it yourself (not even 0.1% help from police ultaa they are suppressing me actively). Presently, I ran from my house (RAN FROM MY HOUSE ATLEAST DOZENS OF TIMES AND BEEN MENTALLY HARASSED EVERY PICO SECOND FOR 27 YEARS CONSTANTLY) and studying in some other place. I have adjusted the money for studies. Still, my father is contacting me via dozens of unknown numbers and Facebook profiles daily. I WANT TO GET RID OF MY FAMILY FOREVER, I.E. NEVER CONTACT/MEET THEM EVER. ALSO, I NEED A LEGAL GUARDIA
