Family Issue. Our Family suffering because of a person need advice

A govt employee trapped my sister and now she is in love with him and not in a condition to listen to us. No one knows anything about him and we don't want her life to get spoiled. Now our family is suffering a lot. Can I file a case about the same issue on him I really need advice and how can I deal with this
If your sister did not support you then you cannot succeed. Your sustercan justice immediately as one can make government servants to come to terms otherwise they lose job. Get lodge complaint immediately through your sister and you will get justice.
