very very bad relationship with me , continuous disturb in midnight to my old parents , he also a spyco patient.. need advice.. as he want to sign documents with my parents in absence of me .. and take them to court.. for property sale .. no trust ..
Kindly file a 498A alongwith your parents as well as a domestic violence case too, you shall get the apt remedy as per the laws are concerned and he shall get the perfect lesson of his life. Do not file divorce, let him come to you begging for settlement
