Obsolutely not, there is no such Law. What you paid to them so far is to be forgotten, but instead of you paying to them you can claim from your husband maintenance for your kid`s expenses , which he is bound to provide.

No law says to give salary to husband or in-laws...if u don't want to face matrimonial problems in future ,you should give up ur salary or else ask ur husband to set up separate house.....or if your salary is so important than you have to give up husband.and lead the life in yr own....my sincere advice not to give so important to yr salary rather than yr wonderful family bonds with husband and kid.....

Sorry to hear sister the persons like this in society. Now come to law you suit a case on them about dowery, maintaince and torture.and another think is that your husband education.if your husband is well educated and not ready to work then court will take class to him.if he is really unempliyed not possible to maintain himself you can give share of your salary there are 3 shares first is yours second is your child third is your husband if you want to live separately.

Anyone can give anything, including money, to anyone. Gifts of movable property must be made through a gift deed that is registered. The beneficiary must accept the gift. Stamp duty and registration fees are required for the registration of deed.
