Family dispute and mutual divorce consent

Hello my name is manu in 2017 I got married ,my husband ND in-laws HV tortured me a lot and even HV did character assination and made me to attempt susuide ,at present v are living apart and on September he have send me a mutual divorce notice stating all false allegations and he have kept away my sridhan and my other valuables WTH him and not giving me back, wen I asked him for mantaince as he owns his own business he is stating dat he himself is dependent on his dad so he can't afford my maintaince , I want my valuables bck plz suggest me what to do ahead
Dear queriest, as per your query you have mentioned about the fact that your husband is dependent on his dad and also the in laws and your husband tortures you alot therefore you need to file case against them under the grounds of cruelty or domestic violence and file for maintenance too
