False Cross case is filed against my father

Please help me..
I lodged FIR against my uncle because on a small family dispute he entered my house with 3 men's and slammed my mother and hit me very badly on head face due to which I was hospitalized.My father is a heart patient and they have beaten my father too..Now my uncle was charged with IPC 452 ,323,324,502 34 .
My uncle cheated by presenting one of the 3 men's with fake head injury and filed a case against my father..and father is innocent ..he didn't do anything I don't know what to do...
dont bother firstly you go thorw fir and see the were it happened if fir saying it happened in your home then say to file cross complaint agents that person for trespass also for intension of Rob and to do rong with house women's and if police ask reason for delay say there was warning form
