My second wife first falselycharged me with pocso,now she gave statement regarding 498a,sec 377 against me.is sec 377 is still valid against husband by wife
u can t have sexual or physical relationship with ur wife without her consent, if she has reported the case and all the medical report has come then u should immediately apply for anticipatory bail under section 438 crpc
