Respected sir/maam, my sister got married last year (2017), Her hasband threatening her to leave her , he also doing domestic violence with her. She is very worried . All the family members abusing her . They also don't care when she ill. Many times her hasband beat her, and misbehaving ,sir uska husband and family usko Marne k liye bhi uksati hai... gayi baar koshish karne k baad bhi wo call par humse baat nahi karwate .. bahot mushik se mere father sister ko apne ghar wapas laye hain aaj hi...ab husband uski family dhamki de rahi hai, k hum dusri shadi karenge ladke ki. .. main Kya karu kuch samajh nahi aa raha Kya step lun. Main apni sister ko bhi husband k ghar kaise chhodu usko risk hai wo log kuch kar denge iske sath. ..main delhi me private Banker hu.. basically main Bihar se hu.. sister ki marriage bhi Bihar me hui hai.. please help me
File a case of 498A with the police where she is living with father also file a case of maintenance u/s 125crpc or even under domestic violence act in the court of local jurisdiction. The solution would come out after some time. second marriage husband can't do unless and until divorce takes place.
