Domestic Violence and Mental Torture

I am a 21yr old single child girl trying for job right now. By this point of time i've had several bruises scars and etc gifted to me by my parents, especially my father. My father is the nastiest most evil creature i've ever come across. He gets easily violent with anybody so u can understand what he does me with me. Every single fight includes how he is giving me food etc. This torture also hampers my study and mental stability. Im am clinicaly depressed and very disturbed emotionaly. My mother is not by my side because my father feeds her. Now what actions can i take if my father throws me out or if i want to stop my father from behaving like this legally. Please help
it is a clear notion of domestic violence but before filing any kind of case you also need to realise its cost and time to be taken in getting relief there are laws which will help both you and your mother if jointly takes steps and as a father he is bound by law to take care of you both detailed discussion is necessary

In the given background you just stay away from your husband and manage yourself by immediately joining some job. Even if you file cases against your husband you may not get any monetary or other benefits. If he has any house property then stay in that property by taking restrain order taking from Court by filing Domestic Violence Case.

hi madam, if your husband is behind your money, then you can file dowry harassment case, if not if there is only harassment, then if you wish to proceed with divorce case, then you can place cruelty as grounds and then you can file divorce case and also maintenance case as well.
