Do I have to pay alimony if I file divorce on cruelty of wife threaten

My wife is threatening to commit suicide. I have few recordings and WhatsApp messages as evidence. Does court considers WhatsApp messages & text messages as evidence? If I file divorce on cruelty, do I still have to pay alimony?
