Divorce decree is pending wife is not coming to the court

Sir I and my wife had decided to separate and did a notary but somehow filing for divorce decree was left pending. It's 5 months now.Even after repeated request she or her family are not coming to court for filing divorce. Infact I came to know from their relatives that they are planning to ask money for coming to court. So what should I do now ? Please guide me Sir
Dear once u make agreement of divorce than for only decree u have to file petition if need.but both have make application for decree and id she not comming in court for divorce than may be she is thinking abt money now
