Denying child visiting rights and torturing 7yr old child

01-Jan-2023 (In Family Law)
I got divorced in May 2017. It's was a mutual consent divorce where my ex wife agreed to let me meet my son. After Oct 2017 she has never let me meet my son. I filed a OP in District Court in Trivandrum in Jan 2019. The petition was sent 4 times to Dubai where my ex wife lives and she refused to accept the petition. After multiple attempts she appointed an Advocate and now they are fighting the case. In between she got married to another guy in 2018 and now delivered a baby in Dec 2019. She also relocated to Pune in the meanwhile. After lot of arbitration court ordered to present my son in Court. Her father will be bringing the child to court but they have booked a very late night flight to save money causing sleepless night for my son for 2 nights. They leave Pune at 1.30 AM on 4 Jan and reach Trivandrum same day at 7.30 AM via Bangalore. They return the Same night at 10.55 PM from Trivandrum and reach Pune at 4.30 AM on 5 Jan. Can I raise voice for this torture being done to my son?

the paramount consideration is the welfare of the child and in case if any situation which would intervene the affairs of the child adversely can be invited the attention of the court. But the thing is that the court will hold a preliminary inquiry by directly asking about such to the child. in case if the child is not making any adverse remarks, the court will consider it as casual
