My brother & myself are hindus & the only children of My father, who expired on 31st july 2020. My brother denied me my share stating that he has my father's will registered in 2013. He isn't ready to share even my father's death certificate nor showing the will. Please advise.

You can apply to the municipal Corporation to get a copy of the death certificate. As you are being denied the share, you should first collect the details of the properties and estate that your father had in his name. You have a good case, you should immediately see an advocate, you may talk with me for further consultation.

You can file partition suit or Succession suit in court of law. Also it is not big deal to go in municipal corporation and to apply for getting death Certificate of your father. Make party to your brother in case if he is having the will then you can challenge the about its authenticity.
