Court ordered maintenance but i cannot afford it, what can i do

Hi, i have a Domestic violence going on and lower court has ordered maintaince of 10 k to my 5 year old daughter. My wife is a teacher and earns 44 k per month. I Also earns the same amount. But I cannot afford 10 K Maintaince not sure of what to do as I will not be able to pay. Please suggest what can be done in this case
Appeal against order should be made witin 30 days from date of order of maintenance.
Documents and case file are required to suggest further course of action. Please check whether it's interim mentainance order or final order. Maintenance under 125 Cr. PC is also filed or not.
