सर एक हिन्दू लड़का और मुस्लिम लडकी अगर शादी करते है तो क्या वो लोग पहले धर्म परिवर्तन कर के निकाह कर ले और बाद मे स्पेशल मैरिज ऐक्ट से शादी कर सकते हैं और क्या स्पेशल मैरिज ऐक्ट मे नोटिस रोकने का कोई तरीका है???
