Court Marriage In Hindu/Cross Cousin Marriage

Hindu cross cousin marriage legal or not.she is my first cousin from father side.i am from rajasthan
if the customs of the community permits the same in that case it is valid and you need not to worry but if the customary laws are not there and if the marriage is as per hindu marriage act in that case it may not be legal.
