How to register for court marriage .. how much time will it take in Hyderabad for a court marriage to be legal?? What are the required documents and if there are any legal issues after marriage how do we face them??
court marriage is nothing but special marriage . court marriage procedure was same in India not different in every state. the procedure is as follows
1. both bride and groom will be present physically at registered office
2. submit their original certificates in registered office for verification
3.register officer will serve the notice and put it into publication at their office
4. they will wait for 30 days for any objections
5. if there is no objection they will ask the venue and time for their marriage
6. it will take 30 days time to obtain marriage certificate that is minimum 30 days and upto take maximum 90 days
this is the way of procedure for obtain marriage certificate by the way of court marriage
