Consequences of not being able to visit mahila aarakshan after notice

I wanted to inquire if someone receives an appearance letter from mahila aarakshan but he isn’t able to give a visit due to no leaves and he is out of country.then what can be done?
The person can appear on the next date. It is expected that you appear on every date as it shows that you are co-operating in the inquiry and investigation process. However if due to some genuine and unavoidable reasons you could not appear then you can move an application citing the reasons and requesting for condonation of non-appearance
