Clarification if husband not willing to let wife meet his parents

My in-laws didn't want to meet and didn't want to talk Even my husband also not want that I will meet to my in-laws
See if your in-laws don't want to meet you then they cannot be compelled to meet. As you are in a matrimonial tie with your husband so you have a right only over your husband and not over your in-laws. However, if your husband is also not joining your company then you can file for restitution of conjugal rights under section 9 HMA.
