Child Custody for Fathers and rights of father

My situation is little strange,my wife dual face in public she acts very polite and but in reality its opposite at home,we have been got married on 1May 2016 and i have a son who is 1 and half year old.
During pre and post pregnancy my wife left for in laws house after that she started behaving weird and there is no understanding between us now, They try to frustrate me and my parents and make us to loose our patience.
Because of this i could not go to see my son for more than year and even they are not ready to send my child.
And they took some audio conversations in which i was frustrated and yelled on them. They are blackmailing me with this proof.
The Bride jewels are still with them and they have not taken any money from my side for my son checkups.

Here as per rule the child below the age of 7 should be with the mother. Therefore you may get permission of visitation right over the child.
