Case related to my caste,society people who mentally torture my family

In jan 2014 my elder brother marriage is going to be happen but a week before brother deny to get marriage tht's his al individul decision soo my caste people decide to discuss on dis matter they arraged a meeting ask my brother reason behind dis decision he said my fmily accept her but i didnot found any compatiblity (there is no any dowry condition tht cleared by girl party are my father cousin sis.but they claim n spread false infomatione  that boy r alredy married wid other caste girl witout any evidence) soo it create a big problm for my brother to find a girl n get marriage in my own caste and as a punishment my caste ppl ask us to pay fine 50,000 n boycot for 6 month too..there is no any rule n provision in my caste to do al dis and take a compensation wid any one if dis happen but from us they took till we r consider as boycot n no one ready to give their daughter in our fmily and mentally pressure n toucher frm society n caste my fmly r suffering. Any step suggest me to resolve
