can parents demand financial aid from the child they did not support

If any parents throw their adult child out of their house because they are not earning and giving money like their other siblings right now, can they still claim financial support from that thrown out kid in their old age? Maintenance and Welfare of Parents and Senior Citizens Act 2007 says you always have to support your dependant parents. My parents and siblings took the last of my savings last week and have asked me to vacate the house.
