Hi, My wife mother has a property which is her father has given to her and her sister. Yes! My wife mother has one sister. My wife grandfather has given all his property to his two daughters equally but not mention the which property belongs to whom. Now my wife and I have love marriage so her mother is not interested to give the property to my wife so she transfers her property share to her sister, Even registration is completed. The above scenario is there any way to get my wife mother property.

A self acquired property can be transferred by the owner as per their wish. In the present case the property is not ancestral as it has not come from last four generations so the present owner, that is, your mother can dispose of the property as per her wish.
