Marriage does not need parents consent. Both the parties should be major in their age. They should not be lunatic or persons with unsound mind etc....If there is no such problem your marriage can be registered. If already married as per customs and rituals you can register it in local bodies also.

marriage is a sacred and holy union of husband and wife by virtue of which the wife is completely transplanted in the household of her husband and takes a new birth. The bridegroom has to complete 21 years of age and the bride 18 years of age is the validity of marriage. The presence of parents is not necessary when the marriage is registered under Special marriage act.Registration of marriage is a mode of proof of marriage. On adducing the registration certificate of marriage, it may be presumed by the law that marriage is deemed to has taken place.

Section 5 of The Hindu Marriage Act specifies that conditions must be met for a marriage to be able to take place. If a ceremony takes place, but the conditions are not met, the marriage is either void by default, or voidable.Section 7 of the Hindu Marriage Act recognises that there may be different, but equally valid ceremonies and customs of marriage. As such, Hindu marriage may be solemnized in accordance with the customary rites and ceremonies of either the bride or the groom.

A marriage may be declared void if it contravenes any of the following:
1. Either party is under age.The bridegroom should be of 21 years of age and the bride of 18 years.
2. Either party is not of a Hindu religion. Both the bridegroom and the bride should be of the Hindu religion at the time of marriage.
3. Either party is already married. The Act expressively prohibits polygamy. A marriage can only be solemnized if neither party has a living spouse at the time of marriage.
4. The parties are sapindas or within the degree of prohibited relationship.

Hai,

you have to file application under Special Marriage Act before the concerned registrar office. Either the jurisdiction of you or on your spouse, Now Application can be filed online and wait for 30 days to pass the statutory mandate period for verification. The procedure is tat the application will be publised on both registrar offices for complaints if any.
But my doubt is different, why u want to get married for the second time, cuz your query says you got married at temple. if its a valid marriage, why u want to register it further...
Else if u r suggesting for panchayat/muncipality/ corporation registration; there is no need for parents role. u just have to fill in the form, give a copy of marriage certificate from temple, age n address proving documents, and two witneses of marriage, file before the concerned office n have it registered.
To keep it away from your parents, make sure they DONT SEE YOU TWO while being in office LOL :D

Hope am upto your query

In India, it is possible to register a marriage without the consent or knowledge of the parents. This can be done through a legal process known as court marriage or marriage under the Special Marriage Act, 1954. Here are the steps involved in registering a marriage without parents' consent:
  1. Visit the Marriage Registrar's Office: Both partners should visit the local Marriage Registrar's office, which is usually located in the district collectorate or a municipal office.
  2. Provide Necessary Documents: You will need to provide the necessary documents, including proof of age, address, identity, and passport-sized photographs. Both partners should have their Aadhar cards, voter ID cards, or other valid identity and address proofs.
  3. Submit a Notice of Intended Marriage: If you are getting court marriage, you will be required to submit a notice of intended marriage to the Marriage Registrar. This notice is typically published on the official website of the Marriage Registrar for public information.
  4. Publication of Notice: The notice is published for a specific period, usually 30 days, to allow for any objections or claims against the marriage. If no objections are raised during this period, the marriage can proceed.
  5. Marriage Ceremony: After the notice period, the Marriage Registrar will schedule the marriage ceremony. You can choose a date for the ceremony that suits both partners.
  6. Witnesses: You will need to have two witnesses present at the time of the marriage ceremony. These witnesses should have valid identification.
  7. Marriage Certificate: After the ceremony, the Marriage Registrar will issue a marriage certificate, which legally validates your marriage.
