Can legal action be taken land ownership trasnfer dead son by his wife

My son was expired on 17.03.16,he was buy one land and registered with his name but his wife was transfer the rigistration in her name and son name with out intimation to father and mother on june 2016. if any action to take?
As far as wife is the legal heir of husband. If she transfers the property of her husband, there would not be any action.
You cannot seek any action for such transfer. However, you can request to his wife to give something for your sustenance if you are not having any source and incompetent to maintain yourself.
