Can I withdraw the 498a to withdraw the 498a case which is non compcom

I filed a 498a case against my husband,its non computable. I want to withdraw the case.can I withdraw the case n how I can withdraw the case.

yes you can withdraw the if compromised by you, 498a IPC as it is a non compoundable offence you can file a petition in the High Court along with compromise petition and mostly it will be disposed on first day of hearing itself.
