Can i marry a girl who belongs to pakistan

Sir. my I am an indian, and aged 21 in a love with an Pakistani girl. I do not have any family issues bt the girl in Pakistan is a Pathan and a house lady who cannot go anywhere alone without his brother. and the most they are Muslims and cannot allow a women to go outside. here is the issue starts I need to get her in India to meet up I understand the laws n harsh rules of our neighbouring countries does not allow us to get visa so easily. n thus my girl too cannot go outside to make her own passport. and yes! she can get out of the house bt only 1'c when she is about to get run with me and never look back forever....and here I am all stuck! can't event think more..jst need solutions! any recommended help would be much appreciated. desperately waiting for the ans :)
