13-Aug-2023 (In Family Law)
My mother got property from her father where as her brother was not giving proper share to her. Later on it was settled and she got the property in relinquishment deed from brother. Now she is not willing to give me any share in it as my brother is emotionally blackmailing her so she don't says anything about my share. Please suggest my what can I do to get my share.

The property being ancestral property you have right in the property you need not worry as you mother got it vide settlement by relinquishing her right over one property in favour of her brother and her brother relinquishing his right over the other property of his father in favour of your mother this must be the case .u have right over the property as much as your brother.
