Can ex wife file a domestic violence case after mutual divorce

After 3 years of mutual divorce u/s 13 B hma my ex wife filed a case of domestic violence case on and case is under trial,yet she is blackmailing me for money.she also sends to me text massages of threats,spasms,demand of money etc. Can I file some counter cases against her?
Don't worry the case is not acceptable on this stage
If lower court accept it then go to high court bcoz a case like your case already have filled before SC
Wife can't file DV after divorce it's not a power ful weapon now
A Supreme Court bench of Justices P Sathasivam and B S Chauhan quashed the case against Inderjit Singh Grewal and told the woman, Amandeep Kaur, that a case under DV Act could not be maintained as long as the decree of divorce remained in force.
