Can an unmarried daughter ask for maintenance from pension of father

28-Aug-2023 (In Family Law)
Can a disabled major daughter (unmarried) ask for maintenance from her father's pension? Or the monthly interest from the senior citizen fixed deposit account? Against her father's wish. The daughter has left the house to live with her aunt's and filed a false domestic violence case against her father. During her tenure in the house she even used to abuse the senior citizen father physically, mentally and emotionally.

Yes an umarried major daughter can seek maintenance from her father but not in domestic violence case but in a different case and there are judgements to the same effect and if there is any violence that has happened it needs to be proved
