Can a muslim couple file for divorce through the court

Muslim man already given monthly maintenance so he want give Diveroce through Court can he file the Diveroce case in family court?
Yes the same can be done by approaching the family court. The divorce decree has to be obtained under section 2(ii) of dissolution of Muslim marriage act wherein a number of grounds have been mentioned under which divorce may be taken.
