Can A Married Women Live With Another Person

Can a married women leaves her house and live with another man and then file a divorce. As she us unable to file divorce while being with husband due to cruelty and physically abused and with no support from other family members ?

yes she can live but after getting a divorce from his husband as it is void living with other person unless she is divorced as it is not legal in India till now living with other person unless an untill she is divorcee.

Married woman live in adultery without divorce if any other person those person is punishable under ipc. This is a offence only those person who live with her. If without divorce live another person on his consent is punishable under ipc.

Neither married women and nor men have accepted to live in relation with any one .
It's a crime in general , so not permission to live in live in relation with married persone.

महोदय कोई भी महिला या पुरुष बिना अपने पति या पत्नी को तलाक दिए बिना किसी अन्य के साथ लिव-इन रिलेशनशिप में नहीं रह सकता है यह कानून की नजर में एक अपराध है और भारतीय दण्ड संहिता में दण्डनीय है। आप अपने पहले जीवन साथी से विवाह विच्छेद कर के ही लिव इन रिलेशनशिप में रह सकते हैं

Hi,
No, no married man or married woman can live with any other person in live in relationship if they have surviving spouse, even if the divorce case is pending before any court or they live in different cities.
Live-in-relationship has certain basic ingredients which includes the similar terms and conditions as marriage as specified by Hon'ble Supreme Court.
A married woman can not live with another person in live in relationship.

Dear queriest, as per your query you have mentioned about the fact that your husband is physically abusing you and you have been facing cruelty from husband, yes you can stay separately and and file for divorce, and it's not a issue whether you stay with anyone or alone, you have a right to file divorce.
