Buy out siblings share of property while mothers is alive........

Actually i am muslim lady have 3 brothers and 1 sis.... I stay in my mothers property now *mother still alive. One of my brother want share of the property.. So i agreed to give an amount equal to his share....he agrees that.! Can i make any legal document so that after mothers death his share of property comes to me??
Any other solution for this without involving other siblings?
It is better you can ask your mother to write the property on your name. And you can give the money to the brother who asks his share. It would be better if you could register the deed as the Sale deed than the gifted one.
