Brother registered property fraudulently in his name

Hello sir the matter is my father and uncle was doing a business of fruit on road property of government we known as illegal hawkers . My father was with him since 28-30 years working together sharing together doing all works together but now they went for the family batwara at village but my uncle ran from there and came here and started the shop first and now he is not allowing my dad at that shop he says I have purchased from someone who was doing business before us he has agreement in original but the sign and thumb impressions are fake my dad knows . I want to know how I can. Get a share at that shop or else I'll destroy the shop not me not him as it's illegal hawkers buying the government property which is against law illegal can I file case against him and how many cases I can file against him .thanks for your responses further
