My brother owes me more than 60 lacs as he had cheated me when my share of property was sold. It was sold for 1.30 cr in white & I was told it was sold for 84 lacs. I believed it because the share of property i received was in my mother's name. I asked her cash not property. He agreed to sell for me and give me cash instead and even made a Will accordingly. My older along with my mother took care of all the deals & transactions & is the witness in sale deed. Since our mother passed away in June this year he has been bullying & torturing me & my wife in every possible way, making our lives miserable so that we leave the house. So I took this matter to the police because he had physically assaulted my wife. Now I m being forced to sign an that I will receive only 30 lacs & on receipt of 1st 10 lacs I will HAVE TO leave the house & the remaining 20 he'll pay in 3 months time. MY CONCERN IS "WILL I HAVE LEAVE IF I SIGN THIS AGREEMENT?" I m a muslim
if your brother has received shares of property and it was with mother's name . and your mother passed away in June.. and u complaint in police station that you received less amount of money from brother and your brother physically tortured your wife ..
