Are parents liable to give maintenance to a grown child

Mere mata pita mujhe paisa nahi dete or kuchh bhi kharcha nahi dete mere sath durvyvhar karte hai or sister ko sab kuchh dete hai usi ko paisa dete hai achhe se rakhte hai mai kya karu mere ek bachha hai meri shadi ho chuki hai. Mai abhi padai kar rha hun
As you are an adult, your parents are not required to pay for your expenses. But under section 125 CR.P.C you can claim maintenance of your situation is such that you have reached a state of destitution and are unable to even provide basic maintenance to yourself. In that case the court may grant relief under section 125 CR.P.C.
