Appeal against an order of case disposed off under DV act. Hindu law

I filed a complaint case in civil court under DV act for domestic violence. On first hearing date I appeared to the court but after that couldn't get any further proceedings date for a long time. After 6 months I came to know that my case was disposed off because of non appearance before the court on the next hearing date given by the court. In fact I was not issued any notice about the next hearing date. What further proceeding should I follow now. (Hindu law)
आपका मुकदमा आपके उपस्थित ना होने कारण कर खारिज हो गया है तो आप सक्षम न्यायालय में दोबारा उस मुकदमे को चालू करने के लिए प्रार्थना पत्र दे सकते हैं माननीय न्यायालय आपके प्रार्थना पत्र विचार करके उस करके उसमें आधारित करेगा और आपका आपका मुकदमा पुना चालू हो जाएगा वह आप अपने मुकदमे की पैरवी उसके पश्चात कर सकते हैं और गुण और दोष के आधार पर आपका मुकदमा निस्तारित होगा
