After my mom we don't have trust on our brother

The thing is in our family we were mom,dad,elder brother,elder sister,elder sister and I am youngest. But recently my mom died.so we means two elder sisters and I am who writing this the youngest in family. We don't have believe on our elder brother that after my mom's loss he will divide all property equally. So we want solution on this so if he decides that he will take all property so we should have backup to counter that decision. So all property will divide equally between our four members.

Yes you all will have equal share in property as per Hindu Succession Act and latest amendments that took place recently as all daughters have equal share as son. As per amendments you all are now coparsnors as per Hindu Succession Act.
