Advice for Claims for property of family in court

Respected sir my grandfather has two son and one daughter. My father is oldest among them. My grandfather not talk with my father and told him I will not give any property even penny and give all property to my uncle. My grandfather has 2 farms and two houses and other golds. Can you please tell me can i case against him in court? For which property i can claim and what is the procedure?

If the property of your grandfather is ancestral property then your father can get his share but if the property is self aquired property of your grandfather then he cannot get his share.
Try to get details of property. if it is ancestral property then your father can file partition suit to claim his share in the said property
