me and my husband both files rcr and we got date from the court on 5/12/18 our first hearing.my question is when i see in e court app in my case status date is not shown but in my husbands case status date is shown which is 5/12/2018.when i search by advocate name in that also my husbands advocates case details my case is also shown and in my advocate name only my case is showing not my husband.means my husbands advocate case details showing both of our cases but not in my advocate.what does it exactly mean.i belongs to hindu religion.does it mean my advocate only for fees purpose force me to file rcr.can both the parties at a time file rcr.what is the use of it.whatever my advocate suggest me i am not satiesfied with him.
Petition for restitution of conjugal rights is filed by one of the parties if he or she does not want a divorce. Both the parties cannot file for restitution of conjugal rights at the same time.
