Interim alimony is decided by district court only and not the High Court. It is only when it has been decided by the lower court and you are not satisfied with the order that you can go in appeal to the High Court. In these circumstances if the matter is reserved for orders on the High court website then either the matter has gone in appeal to the High Court or the matter is pending for some other order.
