Abandon by husband and molestation by father in law

I got married to someone through newspaper at March,2018. We spent only ten days with together, I felt something awkward with his behavior during those days. Without informing before he suddenly went to Canada and stopped contacting me and didn't take any initiative to bring me in his place. His father started torturing me continuously, forced me all time to make relation with him. I filed a fir against them at local police station, police gave me section 498a,509,406,34ipc. But after four months police didn't take any action against them and my advocate is saying that if police is not doing anything then I can't do anything.
Please tell me because of our bulls hit people cant I get justice or how can I get justice?
yes you can surely get remedy for the same, but you have filed wrong cases for your information or your advocate is not properly looking after your case, It is a clear case of domestic violence, outraging of womans modesty and mental torture, 498A has zero effect these days and until chargesheet is filed no action really happens to grave extent, You need proper guidance.
