498a case filed against whole family

Hello, My wife filed 498a case with section 3/4 , 354 etc against my whole family. In the FIR, the first allegation she stated against me is my family told her family that i was working in government job and that's why they spend a whole lot of money in our marriage and that was also might be the base of dowry. 60 % fir is based on it, and its not true. I have proof in a message in which she stated that she knew i was a jobless person before our marriage in a whatsapp conversation. Problem is after getting copy of FIR by police station i went straight to a lawyer for stay on arrest in high court. The lawyer told me he will file arrest stay petition for me but he filed petition for FIR quashing secretly without any proper evidences instead. So, high court rejected our petition. Now, what should i do to defend myself and where to show my evidence now? what to do, write a letter to ssp about it ( she filed her fir through ssp) ? the matter has not reached to the court yet ?
