Running your case without a lawyer is the biggest mistake you might be doing. You need a professional to handle such delicate issues. Your wife will not try to settle the issue probably she is at win win position. you need good guidance in order to get things in your favour.

You must contest the cases your wife has filed against you as there is risk that court will pass adverse order against you in exparte proceedings.

It is also your duty to take care of your wife and son especially when your son has been hospitalized. not doing so shows bad conduct on your part and can be taken against you.

You must not run your case without an advocate to have best guidance n results. You must go to see your son in this regard but u need to make sure that this is not a conspiracy! You again need to hire an advocate for everything ..thanks

you can file a case of gaurdianship for custody of your minor son . BY Filing the case of custody your chances would increase of getting the rights of your son otherwise it would be difficult.
additional you can also file a SLP for transfer of cases in your area to but the chances are bleak .

You should engage a lawyer to represent you in the court in all the ongoing cases against you and your family. Non appearance would only result on ex parte and you will have to comply with what court orders in your absence. You should take a detailed consultation
