Respected sir/ maam, protection officer was submitted the copy of DIR report in the court. In my sister's case. We want to see the copy of DIR report can i get this copy from the court?? Please help
You should have done with a photocopy of the DIR report when you signed it before the police officer. Nevertheless you can always apply a certified copy to obtain the copy of the DIR report filed. For more legal assistance I am just a call away.

Hi yes you can get a copy of the DIR report just apply for the certified copy of it through your lawyer. If your lawyer is not willing to apply then change your lawyer because generally DIR copy can be given to the complainant
