Transfer of case and revoking the stay order by supreme Court.

14-Oct-2023 (In Domestic Violence Law)
I have filed a case against my husband and his mother which is 498A as I was being mentally tortured and harassed to get more dowry. I have my case filed in Kolkata and they have taken stay order from supreme Court and filed for transfer to another state on the grounds that his dad doesn't keep well (because of which I did not include him in the case he is equally responsible still !!) Is it possible to stop the transfer and revoke stay ?

yes by contesting it it can be stayed, and why did you only file 498a you should have added more sections which would have made his and families life beyond control because proving both 498a and dowry will take years you must contest it properly with good set of lawyers
