My husband and I didn't not consummate since marriage and I tried being close to him and he don't have any feelings for me...one day he tried to consummate with me , which did not last for 30 sec (no satisfaction). Police misguided me as if I file a case as he is impotent, the test results won't be accurate and it causes you trouble. So I directly didn't file a case as impotent, but mentioned as we didn't consummate till now..... before I file a case , he filed a legal petition on me to come back.Now what is the step i need to take? Do I need to prove that he is not fit for sex as a counter? If so ,how can I prove it?
hi if you feel that the marriage with your husband had not been consummated then you could file for petition for annulement of marriage as the marriage is void and need to contest the notice sent by your husband to fight it out
